Lieutenant Commander (Ret.), Navy Alex Dunmire, Certified Service-Disabled Veteran retired as a Naval Intelligence Officer with 22 years of service at both Officer and Enlisted ranks. His last 11 years of active duty were counterterrorism focused with numerous deployments to Middle East and Afghanistan. After retirement, Alex established the Tampa Office of a large defense contractor and expanded its operations globally. He successfully won and now manages a diversified product portfolio worth over $150M of US Government and commercial business. Under Alex’s leadership building a strong employee culture, the business unit he leads was named one of the Top Work Places in Tampa for five consecutive years- 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. Alex is owner of Delta Resources, and assists in diversity business development with the major defense contractors. Alex graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a B.S. in Business Management.
Robb Wong, served a Presidential Appointment at SBA as Associate Administrator/GCBD from 2017-2020 where he worked with Congress; The White House; DOD; Civilian and industry leaders to create the largest growth in industry history by increasing the usefulness of federal certifications and improving protections for small businesses. Robb started his career with SBA as HQ attorney (he’s a Hoya Lawya) as counsel to the 8a program; and helped to author eligibility rules in 1990 that are still in existence today. He moved into management and served as Acting Director in 2 SBA District offices. From 1997-2017, Robb left government and entered the private sector – where he was CEO, owned, or lead several 8a and HUBZone companies before going back to SBA in 2017.
Commanding Officer, Captain (Ret.) Navy, Charles Phillip retired as Commanding Officer responsible for ordnance logistics support to the Marine Corps maritime preposition force and the management of service and exercise/training undersea mining assets. Charles began his distinguished Naval career in 1995 as Commander Task Force 63, he later became Executive Officer Naval Support Activity stationed in Charleston, SC. Charles has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in Business Administration and Management.
Bill graduated from Naval Special Warfare’s Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL Training and was deployed overseas as an operational platoon member of SEAL Team One. He is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran. Bill is responsible for business development in all equipment sectors for Delta Financial. With over 10 years of experience in lease equipment financing, he offers extensive knowledge in the industry. Prior to joining Delta Financial, Bill operated two private investment banking brokerage firms providing various financing options in the Equipment & Real Estate sectors.
